A technology enthusiast and a geek by heart, Shah has years of experience developing and managing software solutions, projects and teams. She is passionate about simplifying university management which has led to the creation of Mentis. She oversees the design, development, and future road-map of Mentis to meet the emerging needs within academia, as in the case of ELC. Prior to Inknowledge, she was working in academia where she held several leadership positions. She was instrumental in establishing a charge center which provided university students the opportunity to design and develop innovative software solutions to solve business process issues within the university. In the past, she has been nominated to participate in various data organization task force and steering committees for the State of Texas, and has presented at various regional and national conferences. Shah holds a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from the Cox School of Business, SMU.
