Justin Louder previously served as the institution's assistant vice provost for eLearning, where he was the director of the Office of Online Compliance and Regulation and acted as the primary consultant for Texas Tech Colleges and Department leaders on the development of new, high demand eLearning degree, and certificate proposals. He also served concurrently as the managing director of the TTU Ethics Center, establishing the Ethics Center in 2010 and working to increase ethical research, ethical content, and ethics related activities on campus. Louder came to Texas Tech in 2010 from Angelo State University, where he earned a B.A. in Communication and Psychology and a M.A. in Communication before working in the Angelo State University College of Nursing as an Instructional Designer. He received his Ed.D. in Instructional Technology with a minor in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University in 2011.
Suzanne Tapp is the executive director of the Teaching, Learning, and Professional Development Center (TLPDC) at Texas Tech University. She began with the TLPDC as an instructional designer and initiated the development of a nationally recognized graduate student development program called TEACH. Her research interests include organizational development, teaching portfolios, and best practices related to online instruction. Tapp recently served on the Board of Directors for the Professional and Organizational Development Network for Higher Education (POD). She is the past chair and a founding member of the Texas Faculty Development Network. She is a frequent presenter and her work may be found in journals such as To Improve the Academy and The Journal on Centers of Teaching and Learning.
